Team Effectiveness Workshop

The work of successful organizations is accomplished through effective teams. Our Team Effectiveness Workshop is designed to assess the effectiveness of a leadership team, provide clarity on the factors that need to be in-place for maximum team performance, and to activate a refreshed development agenda and goals to ensure team success in the future.

The Team Effectiveness Workshop is for new or established leadership teams (typically involving 6-12 members) that are responsible for delivering important organizational outcomes. Executive, and managerial teams alike are well-suited for this experience. The standard team workshop is designed to be delivered in a single day, and the advanced version in two days. Ideally, the workshop is delivered in-person but it can be attended virtually.
 
The workshop focuses on the “4-P’s” of team effectiveness – Purpose, People, Process, and Performance. The research on high-performing teams indicates that the very best teams maximize these factors; and therefore, the workshop is designed to define the collective team and team member behaviors associated with each of the “P’s.”
