The SnapShot survey process is designed to gather data quickly, efficiently and anonymously on topics that are current and relevant at any given moment. SnapShot is most effectively used to better understand rater perceptions about things that can be acted upon, responded to, or changed by the SnapShot user. It is a great way to gather important information from coworkers, employees, or customers on things that matter now.
How it works:
1. SnapShot questions are generated by the SnapShot user and/or through collaboration with the Pilgrimage Assessment Team on any topic or area of interest where data needs to be gathered quickly. The questions can be Likert-scaled or open-ended.
2. The SnapShot user decides if they’d like for the SnapShot raters to be divided into rater groups, and if so, those rater groups are designated and/or created. 3. Once the survey is constructed and finalized, a unique link is produced for the SnapShot user to send to whoever they wish to complete the survey. |
4. The survey respondents receive the link, self-select their rater group designation and then click the link to take the survey. No login credentials or passwords are needed. The survey raters are anonymous and only identified by rater group (if rater groups were designated).
5. The SnapShot creator receives the results in a simple report once the survey period has ended. |
