Transitions Accelerator Suite
Designed for those who are in the process of transitioning into a new leadership role, the Transitions Accelerator process uses a series of three different short assessments that offer feedback about critical competencies for effective transitions at the key milestones of three, six, and nine months.

Voyager Series
Feedback is an essential component to leader development. This series provides targeted feedback base on level in the organization. The feedback reports contribute to an individual’s awareness of their strengths and development areas specific to their role. The series includes versions for Executives (Summit), Managers (Ascent) and Individual Contributors (Voyager).

Team Effectiveness 360
This 360 assessment for teams leverages individual team members, and other key stakeholders, to assess how well a team is functioning.
Drawing on years of high performing teams research, this assessment looks at the Four “P’s” Model of team effectiveness that includes Purpose, People, Process, and Performance. |
Higher Ed 360 Suite
These tools provide ratings and feedback from peers, administrators, support staff, and any other groups invested in the participant’s success and compares those ratings to self-ratings across multiple competencies.

Med 360 Suite
Comprised of the Physician, Nursing, and Leader editions, each assessment provides the user ratings on work place behaviors from team members, peers, supervisors, and others and compares those ratings to self-ratings across multiple competencies. These tools are designed to be used for professional development and improvement and not as performance evaluations. |
Impact 360
In addition to assessing strengths and development areas at the beginning of a coaching engagement or development program, it is important to measure the impact and growth of the leader after the development process.
These short, targeted assessments provide the leader with data on the impact of their development efforts. |
SnapShot Surveys
Short targeted pulse surveys to help leaders understand the reaction of people inside or outside the organization to various situations, initiatives, and changes.
These quick 10-15 item questionnaires provide real-time data so that leaders can understand the impact of major decisions or changes to their organizations. A current example is our Coronavirus Response Survey. |
Ministry 360
A multi-rater survey instrument used to provide candid and specific feedback to ministry professionals on behaviors known to be critical for success in congregational settings.
The Ministry360 report provides the participant feedback on his or her work place behaviors from four different rater categories and compares those ratings to self-ratings across multiple categories. |
