Ministry is a multi-faceted discipline
Professional Ministry requires a unique set of skills in order to be effective. Just think of all the roles that a minister must fill in the course of their work - non-profit executive director, scholar in residence, teacher, preacher, counselor, fundraiser, facilities manager, team leader, etc. It would be difficult for any leader to perform all of these roles perfectly.

Most pastors love to preach - and the majority think they’re good at it too. However, only 29% of pastors rate themselves as excellent at Leading the Organization.

The Ministry 360 assessment is designed to provide multi-rater feedback for ministry professionals across thirteen categories that are known to be important for leadership and workplace effectiveness in religious organizations. The assessment provides information on how you rate yourself and how other people that you selected rate you in these categories:
How it works:
1. The leader identifies people who have experience with their ministry (usually Supervisors, Peers, Church Members, and Other) who agree to provide feedback.
2. Those selected can anonymously provide feedback when prompted by the online system through their computer or handheld device. The survey is easy to use and takes about 25-minutes to complete. |
3. Feedback results are then compiled and presented by a professional who is qualified to assist in the understanding and debriefing of the feedback report.
4. The ministry leader then uses the feedback to adjust and guide his or her behaviors to maximize effectiveness and to develop in their ministry. |
