Coaching: Executive Leadership Packages

Executive Leadership Packages

Coaching packages are designed to enable you to focus on 360 feedback, create action plans to achieve short and long term goals, and gain support from your manager through coach-facilitated alignment meetings. We have designed 3 coaching packages below.  We can also have highly customized options available if needed.

All packages include: 
​Selected PPDG Coach, Orientation Meeting, 360-Assessment, Debrief and Goal Planning Session, and On-going Coaching
