Executive Leadership Program
The Executive Development Program is an immersive 9-month program for senior and executive leaders.
There are three foundational domains of leadership that we believe exist for all leaders. We designed the EDP around these domains with a residential session focused on each one:
Leadership self-management (aka Leading Self or the “I”) which includes self-awareness, emotional intelligence, a growth mindset, a clear purpose, passion, and aligning individual values with that of the organization.
Leadership relationships (aka Leading Others or the “We”) defined by a high level of trust, psychological safety, solidarity, collaboration, and unity of purpose among coworkers, and a strong team and organizational culture that aligns with mission, vision, and strategy.
Leadership impact (aka Leading the System/Enterprise or the “It”) that results from clear priorities, roles, measurable results, and effective structures, systems, and processes.
