Programs: Executive Leadership Program

Executive Leadership Program

The ELP is a bespoke, in-depth, and sophisticated experience that challenges leaders to explore themselves and their leadership in unique and advanced ways. The program is longitudinal and includes 3 weeks in-residence attendance at purposely chosen locations, on-going executive coaching, and peer learning sessions throughout the year.

​The program targets advanced leadership content related to Leading Self, Leading Others, Leading the Enterprise/System. The program is designed to be transformational and is best suited for successful leaders who are willing to be challenged, stimulated, and inspired by world class faculty and innovative experiences.


The Executive Development Program is an immersive 9-month program for senior and executive leaders. There are three foundational domains of leadership that we believe exist for all leaders. We designed the EDP around these domains with a residential session focused on each one:  
 
  • Leading Self – leadership self-management: Includes self-awareness, emotional intelligence, a growth mindset, a clear purpose, passion, and aligning individual values with that of the organization. 
  • Leading Others – leadership relationships: Defined by a high level of trust, psychological safety, solidarity, collaboration, and unity of purpose among coworkers, and a strong team and organizational culture that aligns with mission, vision, and strategy.  ​
  • Leading the Enterprise/System – leadership impact: Results from clear priorities, roles, measurable results, and effective structures, systems, and processes. ​
 
Core Program Objectives:

  • To transform participants leadership to create impact at an enterprise level and sustain themselves as leaders  
  • To define and commit to leading through the organizations mission and values at 3 levels: through self, others, and the business/enterprise  
  • To deepen participants self-awareness and emotional intelligence and to improve congruence as people and leaders 
  • To challenge and expand participant’s mindsets related to innovation, strategic vision, inclusion and diversity, and sustainability 
  • To develop skills that enhance the participants’ influence and ability to shape organizational culture 
  • To more fully understand the power of relationships and to create deep and lasting relationships with their cohort peers and others across the organization 
  • To acknowledge and express appreciation for each participant and their contributions to the enterprise by investing in their development through the program content and high-quality locations, resilience activities, and through invitational events that include personal guests/family. 
Our signature program includes several key components: 
  • Three Residential Sessions (3 days each) 
  • Signature Events (immersive experiential situations and simulations) 
  • Executive coaching for each participant throughout the program 
  • Comprehensive assessment of both behavior and personality 
  • Peer learning groups 
  • A key leadership initiative/project 
  • Facilitated peer learning groups between residential modules
