Over the course of 6 to 12 months, our coaching engagements are tailored specifically for intact leadership and executive teams. This foundational work enables the coach to facilitate team retreats that foster collaboration and innovation, as well as conduct individual coaching sessions with team members to address specific challenges and enhance personal development.
